83rd Winner For Green Street Bloodstock
Green Street Bloodstock celebrated their 83rd individual winner on Wednesday, when their Judpot gelding Imperial Rage scored at Hollywoodbets Scottsville.
Trained by Glen Kotzen, the three-year-old was sent off the 5-4 tote favourite for the Download The New tabGold Soccer Betting App Maiden Plate (1950m) and duly obliged.
Under former champion jockey Anton Marcus, Imperial Rage stayed on smartly to score a deceptively easy three-parts of a length win.

Bred by Varsfontein Stud, Imperial Rage, making his eighth start on Wednesday, was making his first start in KZN on Wednesday, having been previously placed five times in the Western Cape.
A R130 000 buy from the 2018 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale, Imperial Rage is a son of Judpot, an A.P. Indy half-brother to Kingmambo and East Of The Moon. The Vogel Vlei Stud based Judpot is currently sire of more than 30 stakes horses, including such G1 winners as Along Came Polly, Coral Fever, Forest Indigo and Juxtapose.
Wednesday’s winner is out of the smart Caesour mare Imperial State, a dual winner who finished second in the G3 Final Fling Stakes, and Listed Ladies Mile.
